An launching press conference on the project "Development and promotion of the common heritage" was held on October 2 in General Toshevo. With the support of the Joint Operational Program "Black Sea Basin 2014-2020" two cultural institutions in Bulgaria and Romania will be reconstructed / modernized and a monument of cultural and historical heritage in Ukraine will be restored.
