Tourism development strategy. Common part of the marketing strategy and strategic plans for tourism development and for sustainable socio-economic development and prosperity of the Black Sea coastal communities.

  • Joint study of the current state of classical and alternative tourism in the three regions and the opportunities for development;

  • Presentation of landmarks and tourist attractions;

  • Collection and processing of information on traffic, transport, rural areas, accommodation, entertainment, cuisine, culture, events from each region

  • Opportunities to receive first-hand tourist services in rural areas, souvenirs, ecologically clean food.

  • Identification of alternative tourist routes.

Modernization / reconstruction of sites related to the cultural and historical heritage. Installation of modern equipment and innovative technologies. With the support of the program, two cultural institutions in Bulgaria and Romania will be reconstructed / modernized and a monument of cultural and historical heritage in Ukraine will be restored.
In the municipality of General Toshevo will be made a major overhaul of the Community Cultural Center "Dora Gabe -1940" in the village of Dabovik and the museum exhibition dedicated to the famous Bulgarian poet. Modern equipment for the community center and the Historical museum - General Toshevo will be delivered.

Restoration of a monument of architecture and cultural and historical heritage from the beginning of the 19th century, in the city of Bolgrad, Ukraine. Equipment delivery. The summer pavilion (Malevinski's House) of the first Head of the Bolgrad city administration, Sergei Nikolaevich Malevinski, will be restored. After the restoration, part of the building will be a historical museum.
