Modernization / reconstruction of sites related to the cultural and historical heritage. Installation of modern equipment and innovative technologies. With the support of the program, two cultural institutions in Bulgaria and Romania will be reconstructed / modernized and a monument of cultural and historical heritage in Ukraine will be restored.

In the municipality of General Toshevo will be made a major overhaul of the Community Cultural Center "Dora Gabe -1940" in the village of Dabovik and the museum exhibition dedicated to the famous Bulgarian poet. Modern equipment for the community center and the Historical museum - General Toshevo will be delivered.

Reconstruction and modernization in the House of Culture - Murfatlar, Romania. Construction of an event area in the surrounding area. Equipment delivery. The House of Culture is the main center in Murfatlar for the preservation and promotion of tangible and intangible cultural heritage.

Restoration of a monument of architecture and cultural and historical heritage from the beginning of the 19th century, in the city of Bolgrad, Ukraine. Equipment delivery. The summer pavilion (Malevinski's House) of the first Head of the Bolgrad city administration, Sergei Nikolaevich Malevinski, will be restored. After the restoration, part of the building will be a historical museum.

The following cross-border events and activities will be held: 3 business tourism forums with exhibitions, 3 thematic camps for young people, training seminars, information campaign and more.
